Implement Emblems of Valor into Naxxramas 10 man version

As it stands Naxxramas 10 drops Emblems of Heroism, which are quite frankly super easy to farm, moreso Emblems of Valor is going to be starved, taking months to be able to get your items from valor.

I believe getting valor from 10 man Naxx would allow a better flow for progressing our characters, as well as easier catchup for newer/returning players, it would also match future raids character progression, for example ICC giving Emblem of Frost on both 10 and 25 version.

Moreso I believe it would give people more incentive to do the 10 man version, and that will IMO be healthy for the server, as it stands within a few weeks a lot of people will have no incentive to do Naxx 10 anymore.
