NEW: Let's begin scheduling onboarding sessions for new contributors on a recurring basis. cc @mgratch
The concept forces us to simplify the process to something introductory and repeatable, and scheduling multiple sessions helps potential new contributors get up to speed while providing a forum for them to ask questions and find areas where they can dive in with whatever skills and interests they've brought with them.

Let's do a brief introductory discussion of what our 2026 roadmap will look like, highlighting where some major efforts will be needed early on - or at least as far as we can identify now.

Might be good to discuss the idea of appointing a lead for each project to help guide/focus/press dev efforts.
