[Feature Request] DatePicker month/year view column layout and accessibility

Hi PrimeNG team,

I’m using your DatePicker component in an Angular application and would like to adjust the column layout in the month and year views.
Currently, the default layouts are 3×4 in the month view and 2×5 in the year view. While it’s easy to change the layout visually, doing so breaks accessibility—specifically keyboard navigation and focus handling.
After looking into the source code, I noticed that the ArrowUp and ArrowDown key handling uses hardcoded offsets (+3/−3 in month view and +2/−2 in year view). This seems to be the reason why focus navigation no longer works correctly when the layout is changed.

Would it be possible to make these values configurable? That would be a great improvement for flexibility and accessibility.
