Cloudflare Hyperdrive

Many users these days rely on Cloudflare (and workerd for self-hosted) to deploy their applications; Hyperdrive is a recent addition to their cloud offering which offers caching at a global level for your database.

For better adoption of SurrealDB especially within the Cloudflare platform, it'd be great if this becomes a possibility both for Surreal Cloud & the client libraries.
