Configure 3D endpoints as normal layers #3

@patrikmalvenius has started on this and it is now possible to add 3d-tiles as a layertype THREEDTILE. Whats left is being able to use the transparency slider on 3D layers aswell.
The same solution can also be used for layertype GLTF with slightly different options
