Local docker image doesn't contains tag/version information, only points to master

Use make docker in the root of repository to reproduce, then:

In our build, we extend the dev image (.docker/Dockerfile-build) into our internal image with modification, but the tag / version only points to master. Is this expected? Can we change this in the build stage?

make docker is intended for the maintainers and devs contributing to the project, it's not intended that users build their own docker images, so there might be some hiccups if you do that.

I would highly recommend to use one of the released versions in production, the latest at time of writing is this one
