Formatting of selector votes has spacing problems #121
Description
I noticed that the selector votes page (http://opensourcebridge.org/events/2016/selector_votes) has the rating and the selector's comments mashed together on many (not all) of the proposals. Looks like a problem with the styling for the tables used here.
