Add a "new" tag below "Suggestions" and "Logbook" in Nav bar #96
Description
Currently, the navigation bar contains items such as Suggestions and Logbook. To improve visibility for recently added or updated features, we need to add a "New" tag below both of these menu items.
The "New" tag should appear as a small label or badge positioned directly below the text labels for Suggestions and Logbook.
Acceptance Criteria
A "New" tag is displayed below Suggestions in the navigation bar.
A "New" tag is displayed below Logbook in the navigation bar.
The tag styling matches the existing design system (e.g., color, font, padding).
The placement does not break layout responsiveness on desktop or mobile.
The tags are clearly visible and accessible (contrast ratio compliant).
