Consider installing collections from their github repositories to avoid Galaxy

Inspired by #71 and Galaxy being down for over 24 now, we might have ./bootstrap.sh install the two required collections from their Github repositories instead of from Galaxy.

I realize that moves the dependency from Galaxy to Github, but the latter might be more reliable.

We could also vendorize the collections into Quicksetup's repository ...
