Introducing the Georinex package

Hi,

Thanks for opening an issue. I’m aware of this library and actually considered using it when the project started. However, I ran into some issues with it at the time and decided to develop something myself instead. I’m sure it has been developed and improved a lot since then, so it would probably be a good idea to implement it now. That said, doing so would require a substantial refactoring of the code, which would take some time.

This is just a hobby project for me, and I have a lot of other things going on, so it’s unlikely to happen in the near future.
