How do I set a custom field name for timestamp?

I have a JSON log line like:

{"message": "This is a log line", "timeStampNano": "2025-05-23 20:31:01.463", "level": "INFO", "logger": "foo.bar.baz"}

where the timestamp field is called timeStampNano.

hl currently parses this as:

[INF] foo.bar.baz: This is a log line timeStampNano="2025-05-23 20:31:01.463"

where it's not detecting timeStampNano as a time field.

Based on the default config file, there are a set of preconfigured fields for timestamp. How can I customize this to add timeStampNano as a time field?

You can just create a configuration file (see configuration files to find out where it should be located in your operating system), copy the needed lines from the default configuration file and modify them as you want.
