Auto install ioptron rules on mount setup #1320
Description
Currently when running pocs mount setup it tells the user to copy the .rules file but this step is often skipped as it's not a totally clear message.
The new ZWO script auto-installs .rules of it's own and makes them immediately available. We should copy their mechanism.
