"Cannot create a user with an empty login name" when logging in as new WP user #415
Description
It seems that between the last update and now, there is a regression where, when "Auto Provision" is enabled, new users are not actually created when a user authenticates with WP SAML Auth. If a user is created manually in the WordPress admin (with email as the username), that user can log in as expected, but the new user creation seems to be failing.
