Support for Shelly EM3 Data

I am trying to import the historical data from a Shelly EM3.

The data provided from the Shelly is in 10 minutes intervals per phase:

I know that I have to reformat the Date/Time row.
But do I need to prepare the data so that it can be read in 1-hour format or is there another way?

Also I don't see which script I could use for an import.

The 10-min data needs to be agregated but the good news is that the script can do that for you.
If you provide me with the export from the Shelly (csv/xls etc.), I will create the script for you.

So it is the usage per phase? The three phases have to be combined to get the actual usage of that time interval? In that case also some custom code is probably needed.

Attached are the 3 Files - one per Phase.

It somehow imported the total of each Phase and put the data on the day i installed HomeAssist and configured the energy stuff.
But obviously only from 2025?

So maybe this day should be cleaned out, because the data in the .csv also have the consumption of this day.

How are you using the Shelly? Do you keep each phase separately or do you combine them?
Does the Shelly provide a combined sensor?

In case you want to keep each phase separately the script also needs to produce separate files for each phase.

The shelly is mounted in my electrical distribution and measures each phase seperatly.
It does not provide a combined sensor via the WebUI, this information is only available via the app.

I dont know if this is the correct way how home assist uses that data. My feeling is, that it is not correct that it is sums up the consumption. Only for 1 day. On the home assist energy console you have 1 day show you the consumption for one day for each phase per 1h and sums this up for total grid only. The rest is seperate for each phase.

Also in the energy settings there are all 3 channels set for the grid consumption:

Because of this detailed information the total grid consumption is only nice to have. It is much more useful if the shelly already delivers the data for each phase seperatly.

I don't know exactly the issue that you are describing. The combined usage per phase is the total usage in your house. As long as the Shelly is configured to measure all usage in your house (all electrical groups are behind the Shelly)

My own configuration also has multiple "Grid consumption" sensors which are combined into a total usage.
