Allow showing progress indicator for DeepThinking #800
Description
Similar to ToolCall allowing a Spinner/loading indicator, we should allow the same for the DeepThinking component.
- A new prop to trigger the Spinner being rendered
- A new prop (spinnerProps) to pass to the Spinner
- The spinner should be placed after the expansion toggle caret icon, but before the text of the expansion toggle
