V3.4.17 can not open an empty database with only tables and no records by chiper system.data.sqlite,but can open it in v3.1.1

I found that using the Database type: WxSQLite3 and Cipher: System.Data.SQLite in version V3.14.1, I cannot open an empty database with only tables and no records, but I can open it in version V3.1.1

Is the database encrypted? Are you using same encrypter in both versions?

Okay. It's most likely problem with encrytion algorithm compatibility between recent SQLite3 Multiple Cipher and its older version (used in SQLiteStudio 3.1.1). You have 2 options:

Option 1: Find compatible algorithm configuration

You may try to find algo config that will be compatible. You can do it by placing additional PRAGMA statements in the database connection dialog. I think that special attention should be pointed towards PRAGMA legacy = 1;, but you may experiment with other settings too - https://utelle.github.io/SQLite3MultipleCiphers/docs/configuration/config_sql_pragmas/

Option 2: Decrypt and re-encrypt

You can migrate to recent encrytion algorithms by exporting the database to SQL file using old SQLiteStudio and then use that SQL to recreate database in the new SQLiteStudio.
