The master branch of pega-datascientist-tools does not contain the path examples/datamart/healthcheck.Rmd.

Hi @Mathiyazhagan91, we no longer support R, so the healthcheck.rmd file is no longer available. Are we still mentioning it anywhere? I'm not sure where your question is coming from. If you're looking for the healthcheck file, you can find the qmd file we use to generate it here.

I have another question.
Is Quarto a hard decency for running pdstools standalone?

Thanks for pointing out, we will remove the instructions for R.

About running pdstools standalone, if you mean running the HealthCheck application, yes Quarto is a requirement. Quarto allows publishing the python notebook as an HTML document.
But you can use pdstools without quarto aswell. You can convert the HealthCheck.qmd file to a normal python notebook and run each analysis cell by cell if you are comfortable with Python.
