Add parameter to allow remote PRs to be updated

Hello, thanks for the work on this action. I was wanting to ask if you can add a parameter which would allow the user to also update the remote PR if it already exists -- basically add a new commit or replace the PR with the latest one -- the former is probably more flexible but up to you.

This action allows you to configure the payload to contain whatever properties you need. There's nothing I can add to this action for very specific cases, as you describe. It's up to the users of this action to decide how to trigger the workflow and define it's payload.
