🐛 [BUG] - Enter / Exit Programming notification

Description

I have the component installed on 3 different HA instances with 4 AXPro devices. On only one of them all users get a Hikconnect notification when I restart / update HA. I dont know what the difference is. How do I make it stop? They are all almost identical AXPro and HA integration configs

Reproduction steps

1. Restart HA
2. notification arrives to Hik-Connect app

What is your device firmware version ?

1.2.9 on all of them

⚠️ Last working stable FW - 1.2.9 Build: 240621.
Newer firmware was reported that causing instabilities.

I think there is a setting in webUI to disable this. I will have to take a look.
