Add Option to enable "Result copy quoting" for single cells again #9573

Describe the solution you'd like
Up to version 9.11, when copying the value from a single cell, it was enclosed in quotes.
This was particularly useful when working extensively with UUIDs or text values.
Due to the change ( #9373 ) in behavior, the quotes must now be added manually before pasting each time a single UUID is copied, which is quite inconvenient compared to the previous function. That was a very useful feature.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I would suggest that the current function remains in place for copying from multiple cells and that an additional setting is added.
This new setting would allow you to set the copying behavior for single cell values. Either "no quotes", quotation marks or apostrophes.
This would allow you to disable the function at any time if you don't need it.
