Document how to customize serializers for specific content types

If one already knows about Plone, they know the answer: an adapter 🤷🏾

But it would be a nice idea, in my opinion, hence opening this issue, to have a small chapter to mention how to customize a content type serialization.

I see that there is:

• Serialization that explains how each specific data type is serialized
• Customization that explains how to customize specific fields

Maybe this can be a subtopic of this last (Customization) text?

I will try to write it there, so we can review the actual text and then decide where we move it to.

Be sure to mention: the data that is serialized becomes the data that will be edited and saved. So if you make changes to serialization, you have to also make changes to deserialization (unless it is something that is read-only).

Oh, good point, my use case was to enhance the serialization, but leaving the data as it is when posting to it, but good catch!
