Kreate extension fails to create manifest for any resource with error "execute command error: E0424"

Bug description

While trying to use the kreate extension to create a manifest for any resource, I'm gettin the following error message:

execute command error: E0424 13:36:43.967779 88497 memcache.go:265] "Unhandled Error" err="couldn't get current server API group list: Get \"http://localhost:8080/api?timeout=32s\": dial tcp [::1]:8080: connect: connection refused" The connection to the server localhost:8080 was refused - did you specify the right host or port?

Try to create any manifest using the kreate extension and the error will occur.

@AlexonOliveiraRH I can see on the screenshot that there is no context selected. The extension needs a cluster (and a context selected) to work correctly

@feloy ACK, I can try with a context set, but why would I need it in first place, since the idea is just to create the manifest?
