Handle missing kubectl binary with a dialog when using kreate on machine without kubectl installed #330
Description
I think it would be nice to offer user, or notifying him in a better way when he is trying to use Kreate, but kubectl is missing.
Ie. better error message or even show a dialog to install kubectl, as we do with Kind when creating a cluster.
