is it possible to use poem-grpc with pre-compiled types such as envoy-types

I ended up using a simple tonic server to use envoy-types but ideally would like to use it with peom-grpc but couldn't figure it out.

Is this possible and if so can anyone point me in the right direction with a quick example?
