The "Clone repository" dialog should contain tabs for Bitbucket and GitLab

The feature request

In addition to GitHub and GitHub Enterprise, the Bitbucket and GitLab accounts should also be used to fetch the list of available repos for easy cloning.
Since 5 tabs could get too crowded, don't show tabs for which the user doesn't have an account.

This is now implemented in the main branch. It will be included in the next release, until then feel free to compile from source or install github-desktop-plus-git from the AUR.
