`forcesig` option in `gpg --card-edit` is not being applied.

Hello,

Whenever I'm using forcesig inside of gpg --card-edit, after typing admin into the console, the Signature PIN is still being shown as not forced (even after re-plugging).

Is it possible to enforce typing the PIN on every use?
