Tidy the annotation comments before storing in Chado

Follow on from:

• Make files of annotations and comments from Canto #1281

Instead of tidying the comments (like removing "(comment: ...)" and excess whitespace) just before exporting the files we should clean the comments and store them that way in Chado.

This will help when implementing:

• Training datasets for ML/AI - publication centric #1181

I won't do this until after the next release in case I break something. Possibly it's not needed until #1181 is needed.
