Upload releases to Zenodo? #1320

In this issue:
Manu suggested the idea of uploading each release to Zenodo. It would add a little bit of extra work to the monthly release but it's good for FAIR compliance and it gives each release a DOI.
We should encourage dataset users to cite the PomBase papers not the DOI though. Although it wouldn't be a problem to cite both.
