How to use awesome CV for coverletter

Hi,
My name is Thiago and I build my CV using your template.
However, I want to make a CoverLetter using the template. How can I do it? Copying my CV and change the entries or have an command on RStudio that I can generate a new template file?

you used the cv.tex file for your CV. There is also a https://github.com/posquit0/Awesome-CV/blob/master/examples/resume.tex for the resume. Does that answer your question?
