Postgis 3.6 on Postgres versions other than 18

Hi, is there any reason for the default (Debian) Postgis 3.6 image being Postgres 18 only? Postgis 3.6 supports all mantained Postgres versions, but currently you only generate 3.6 images for Postgres 18 and the alpine version of Postgres 17.
