Settings tab code is messy and needs refactoring

**Describe the enhancement**
The [settings.dart](https://github.com/pr-Mais/noor/blob/main/lib/pages/tabs/4_settings.dart) file.

**Goal**
To have a shorter, clear readable file. This might include splitting some code and introduce new files.
