more robust identification of the hianime URI

I tried to run yt-dlp 'https://hianime.to/watch/the-banished-court-magician-aims-to-become-the-strongest-19902?w=latest&ep=155665' and it failed. I checked this plugin source and found the _TESTS examples. Tried them they worked.
I noticed the difference in uris was the w=latest in the uri I copied from firefox. I removed it :
yt-dlp 'https://hianime.to/watch/the-banished-court-magician-aims-to-become-the-strongest-19902?ep=155665'
and then yt-dlp worked.
Would be cool if the plugin could support that. I am not sure how I got this URI but it's not something I've invented, it was generated by hianime.
