BUG: DryRun mode

# Problem Description

Create a ClusterProfile matching a cluster. All resources are deployed. Now, set the ClusterProfile to DryRun and change the cluster selector so the managed cluster is not a match anymore. 

Expected result: list all resources that would be removed
