sid64 & trixie64 failing to build

debian-sid64 and debian-trixie64 periodic builds have been failing for some time.
The failure seems to occur during the petbuilds.
They will need to be removed from the periodic builds until a fix is identified.

TrixiePup64 doesn't seem to have any petbuild problems for me, but SidPup64 fails to build because of Transmission, and this error:

I found this issue about it, and it's already been fixed, but we'll have to wait until Transmission 4.1.0 comes out.
