Why ort-sys download-binaries features using ureq using native-tls?

As the Title, why not using rustls?

native-tls simply brings in fewer dependencies than rustls. I want to reduce compile times for the average user as much as possible, and ort's dependencies are a massive chunk of that (ort itself is pretty quick to compile). I've also personally had more trouble compiling rustls than native-tls on some platforms, so ease of use was also a factor.
