Configuration to manage special behaviors #108
Description
scim2-models should use a SCIMConfig object to define a few behaviors:
- attribute case sensitivity Attribute names should be case insensitive #39
- accepting extra inputs Allow extra fields from clients #85
- custom Entra PATCH values Issues with Microsoft Entra sending incorrect PATCH operations scim2-server#13
- whether a SCIM delete operation can remove a required attribute
