How to access services running on host

I'm using gluetun in podman, and it's working well, but I can't figure out if there's a way to access services running on the host.

Using host.containers.internal doesn't seem to work. It resolves to the VPN IP address.

Any other ideas? I don't know if there's any sort of reverse port forwarding, from host to container.
