translation dictionary file path is incorrect

i drag the file titled 'google_trans_new' and it gives this error. if i do need include a dictionary and just let it run it does not translate anything and the text remains in french

As mentioned in the readme, the dictionary is a .txt file you'd make yourself, not the executable.
Maybe the translation is not effective because you haven't surrounded the file's path in quotes, or the file is corrupted. Have you tested with another file?
