Current Behavior

I received an error when viewing the page https://www.radix-ui.com/primitives

main-2be304f45e65de31.js:1 NotFoundError: Failed to execute 'removeChild' on 'Node': The node to be removed is not a child of this node.

Reproducible example

1. Go to the website https://www.radix-ui.com/primitives
2. Use Google Chrome's page translation feature (I translated the page into Russian)
3. Scroll down the page (not very quickly)
4. The page R.I.P. (after a few seconds).

This isn't really a bug with this project, it's more of a compatibility issue between browser translation and React.

When Chrome translates the page, it directly modifies the DOM to swap out text nodes. React expects the DOM to match its Virtual DOM, so when it later tries to update those nodes (which have been changed by the translator), you get the removeChild error.

Also, this repo is for the primitives library itself. The radix-ui.com website is managed in a separate repository, so website-related issues should probably be reported there instead.
