Congrats for the great work and repository!
In GEO, I saw that you released the 3D ST matrix for the human metastatic lymph node (metastatic_lymph_node_3d.h5ad), as well as paired H&E-ST for each section (metastatic_lymph_node_S2.tar.gz...). To place into context visualization of 3DST as you show in the paper, would it be possible to also upload the registered H&E images?
