Description
We use Dynamics CRM On Premises, version 9.1
The Level Up add-in worked until the most recent update in September 2025. Now it crashes, with the following message, when we try to clone any record in any entity:
Your Dynamics CRM page load was blocked by CRM’s built-in parameter validation, because the URL that opened the form includes a query-string parameter that CRM does not allow.
This is the exact error reported in the log file: System.InvalidOperationException: CRM Parameter Filter - Invalid parameter 'modifiedonbehalfbytype=systemuser' in Request.QueryString on page
We have tried it in both Edge and Chrome.
Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)
Click 'Clone' on any record.
Expected Behavior
The record to be cloned.
