Allow users to narrow down prescription set to show on timeline #107

A user may want to exclude some meds from the therapy timeline to facilitate audit work.
This may be removing
- antifungals/antivirals/antibacterials.
- or specific drugs
- or prescriptions for certain indications
- or some other bespoke requirement.
Current thinking for a new feature:
- opt-in argument in therapy_timeline to provide prescriptions_id to include
