Feat: configurable metadata settings

I had trouble with some series (mainly anime) making jellyfin and sonarr "agree" on episode information and layout. what worked for me was using the sonarr metadata generation options, now I never have problems as sonarr is telling JF what everything is, it's great.

is it on the roadmap to add support for enabling/configuration of the "settings > metadata" tab?
