Phone Number Input : issue

There is an issue with the Blade phone input component related to country selection:

1. The countries dropdown is not clearly visible when only a few countries are enabled. (Seems like an issue with scroll. )
2. The dropdown is not scrollable using drag functionality on mobile devices. Although scrolling via touch gestures works, the drag-to-scroll feature is not functional.
