Using a web proxy in Settings breaks some app functionality

Describe the bug
When using a web proxy in Settings, it may break clockwork.js app functions. Needs to be investigated further

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add an Ultraviolet proxy via Settings
2. Try and install an app via the Store
3. Observe

This issue is split from #72.

Confirmed that this bug exists. It seems it's at least receiving its app ID, but it doesn't look to be able to send anything back up to Clockwork.

I have no idea how to solve this but I will be looking into it.
