evil: use untik's 'resync' message to stay in sync #71

Description

@reduzent

[untik] has auto-sync turned on by default. It constantly measures offset to other untik instances and when auto-sync is enabled, adjusts offset automatically if a certain threshold is exceeded. When this happens, the evil instance acting as sender sends a stream that is not aligned anymore. In the other case, when untik adjusts offset on a peer that has evil running as receiver, the stream playback becomes unaligned. In both cases, evil should "jump ahead" in streaming by evaluating the 'resync' messages recevied from untik. This ensures that evil playback is properly aligned even after clock offset adjustments.
