Integrate all the metrics into procedure.json #115
Description
Some metrics are still only in metrics.csv and not in procedure.json stats:
- Initiative du texte
- Type de dossier (accord, budgétaire,..)
- CMP type
- Institution de dépôt
- Législature initiale
A first step would be to download the dosssier-legislatifs.csv from the Senate to be able to enrich the data with some of those indicators.
