Regarding .txt file:

Tested with 1.5"dia. maraging steel,

Column 1 = time (ms)
Column 2 = incident gauge voltage (V)
Column 3 = transmitted gauge voltage (V)
Column 4 = “strain control ring” gauge voltage (V)
