The textarea doesn't get focused back when navigating from and to the tab with keyboard shortcuts in a Safari Tab Group

Steps to reproduce:

• Open Safari
• Open a Tab Group
• Open google.com
• Open notepadtab.com
• Select the google.com tab (in any way)
• Use the cmd+tab or cmd+shift+tab keyboard shortcut to switch to the notepadtab.com tab

Current behavior:
The textarea isn't focused anymore.

Expected behavior:
The textarea should be focues.
