I have a more compreensive alternative to #12

• Jornal de Notícias
• Agência Lusa (it used to, they broke it, I believe)
• NIT
• Observador
• Público
• RTP
• Sapo (and derivatives)

I believe that some of them might be broken since I haven't run the spiders in the past months.
